When you're pushed to your limits, it's easy to become overwhelmed. You might start believing that everyone is against you, or that there's no solution, your career is over, and you've ruined your life.

Though I don't often get stressed, on rare occasions, I find myself in a life crisis. Here's what helps me: First, I accept the emotion without trying to push it away. I acknowledge its presence and observe it without giving it too much energy, like listening to a child without agreeing with their rants. Then, I'm honest with myself and those around me.

Being honest can be challenging because you have to admit to your circle that you can't handle the situation. It might conflict with the image you've built, but deceiving people only leads to a deeper downfall. I experienced this and struggled with depression for a few months.

I often advise my Jiu-Jitsu students to address problems at their root. Like removing an innocent hand on your collar before it turns into a vicious choke. In life, it's easier to ask for help early on than waiting until it's too late and everyone assumes you're ready to proceed.

I've learned that sometimes our strengths can also be weaknesses. I've always been skilled at adapting to situations, and often, I can McGyver my way through problems. However, there are instances where there's no way out, and it's crucial to communicate with your team promptly.
